Free delivery

The delivery cost for bouquet and gift orders is 0 lei if your order amount exceeds 500 lei.
For orders below 500 lei, the delivery within Chisinau city will cost 50 lei. The one-hour delivery guarantee applies only to orders placed during the salon's working hours and confirmed by the operator as deliverable within an hour (depending on flower availability, composition complexity, etc.). Please confirm this with the operator.

The free delivery service is only available for Chisinau city.

Delivery methods

Depending on your preferences, we offer:

Delivery with a preliminary call to the recipient. We will call the recipient before delivery to confirm the time and address. During order placement, you can specify whether to inform the recipient about the flower delivery.

For holiday orders, we contact the recipient in advance (a day or a few days before delivery), keeping the information about the client and the gift a surprise.

Delivery without a call within the specified time frame. We won't call the recipient to maintain the surprise effect during delivery.

Surprise delivery conditions

If the recipient is not present during the courier's delivery, the courier will wait for 15 minutes. The order is delivered only to the recipient in person and cannot be left with neighbors. For repeat deliveries, an advance payment may be required (from the delivery service cost to the chosen order's cost and delivery service).

For workplace delivery, the order can be left at the reception or with colleagues if the recipient's presence at work on the delivery day is confirmed.

Attention! Nighttime delivery from 22:00 to 7:00 requires a separate payment and costs 199 lei regardless of the order amount. Nighttime delivery for the next night can be ordered no later than 19:00.

Order transmission

Delivery to the workplace or hotel. If the delivery address is a hotel or office center, we can only guarantee delivery to the reception, as the courier may be denied access to the recipient's room or office. To ensure successful delivery, please provide the recipient's room number and phone number for notification.

Home delivery. The order is delivered directly to the recipient, and in case of the recipient's absence, it cannot be transferred to neighbors.

Problematic situations...

• If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery.
• In case of unfavorable weather conditions (floods, snow, etc.) or poor road conditions, the order may be delivered with a delay or after their cessation and elimination by authorities (at the service provider's discretion).
• If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will wait for 15 minutes. If the recipient cannot receive the gift at the scheduled time, our Customer Service will contact you immediately to arrange a repeat delivery. A surcharge may be required for repeat delivery (from the delivery service cost to the cost of the ordered goods and delivery service).
• If the recipient's address or contact information is incorrectly or incompletely provided.
• If the recipient's address or contact information is incorrectly or incompletely provided, your order may be significantly delayed. To avoid such situations, please ensure that all recipient's details are accurate.
• If the bouquet was not delivered due to obstacles (locked door, access control system).
• If the courier was not informed in advance about possible obstacles, a repeat delivery is an option. To avoid these situations, please specify the access specifics when placing your order: intercom code, possibility of passing through access control systems, etc.

Order status...

After your order is delivered, you will receive a message duplicated to your email address. Messages are sent to Moldova numbers only if the country Republic of Moldova is specified in the contacts. Similarly, if you requested a photo at the time of order completion, it will be sent to your email address.

Confidentiality

Upon delivery, the courier notifies the recipient that they will receive a paid bouquet. We do not disclose the client's name or other details. If you want to convey any information to the recipient, you can specify it in the accompanying card.
