General Terms

  1. MoldFlowers' services are subject to the mandatory reception, compliance, and implementation of the requirements and specific provisions of MoldFlowers.md.
  2. Services are provided only within the limits of the order.
  3. The service "creation and delivery of floral compositions, sale and delivery of similar goods" is carried out if the buyer has fully paid for the service under the conditions of advance payment.
  4. Examples of works on the website are possible and illustrative. Each florist's work is individual and may differ in packaging, presentation, and other criteria. Equivalent substitution of the quantity, assortment, and composition of flowers may occur depending on the season or flower availability, among other factors. Flowers are seasonal, and their constant availability in the store cannot be guaranteed, especially for urgent orders. The final performance of services may differ from the illustration on the website. However, each floral work is made from fresh flowers specifically for your order, and MoldFlowers.md makes every effort to ensure that the color and shape of the floral work closely resemble the illustration on the website.
  5. Delivery in Chișinău and suburbs is completed within 3-4 hours of placing the order. In other regions of Moldova, delivery can be completed within 24 hours after placing the order and payment. Delivery in Chișinău is carried out within the specified interval when placing the online order. For your convenience, you can select the desired time interval, but we do NOT guarantee delivery within that interval. In other localities, orders are delivered throughout the day.
  6. When ordering the service with delivery to hotels or campsites, the buyer must provide the apartment number and the name under which the recipient is registered in the hotel (or multiple guests, e.g., a group, Mr. and Mrs., etc.). The order can only be delivered to the hotel reception. If the order is made to a hotel, the delivery of the order to the hotel reception on the specified date is considered effective delivery since many hotels do not allow delivery services beyond the reception area. Further delivery of the order to the recipient depends on the hotel and the recipient's availability in the hotel. We are not responsible for delayed delivery or inability to deliver due to incorrect, wrong, or incomplete hotel addresses, as well as the recipient's departure from the hotel before the deadline, changing the room number within the hotel, and other specific factors. The order is considered delivered when it reaches the hotel reception with the name, surname, and room number of the recipient provided by the buyer.
  7. The accuracy of delivery depends on all the information you provide about the package recipient. Therefore, please fill in these fields carefully, and if necessary, indicate specific delivery-related information in the order comments (e.g., door code, department in a large enterprise, etc.).
  8. Every buyer must provide the exact address of the recipient. If the address is incorrectly provided or the data is incomplete for delivery, the recipient's absence at the indicated address at the specified delivery times, etc., MoldFlowers makes sufficient efforts for the recipient to still receive the flowers, but MoldFlowers cannot actively search for the recipient if they are not present at the indicated address. The fundamental data for performing the service are the recipient's address. Delivery is considered completed when the flowers are delivered to the specified address. If the recipient has moved, is not living or working, is on leave, or traveling, etc., the service is considered performed.
  9. If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers for any reason, the service is considered performed.
  10. In case of cancellation of a wrong order (more than 2 days), we guarantee the refund of the funds paid upon request within 3 business days. Bank charges are deducted from the refundable amount.
  11. If the recipient is dissatisfied with the execution of the order or the quality of the delivered bouquet for any reason, please contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Flowers are perishable, and we cannot offer replacement or refund if you do not report the problem in time. In case of non-timely completion of a paid order, and if the fault lies with MoldFlowers, a full refund is guaranteed.
  12. MoldFlowers.md undertakes to provide the buyer with the services "creation and delivery of floral arrangements, sale and delivery of accompanying products" in accordance with these conditions.
  13. The buyer independently and correctly undertakes to fill in all necessary fields of the order form to place a service order.
  14. The buyer undertakes to comply independently and correctly with all legal requirements or other actions performed by them as buyers; the accuracy of the information provided by them when registering as users of the service, and the truthfulness of the buyer's guarantees and assurances.
  15. The buyer undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with these conditions.
  16. Payment for services is made by the buyer with a 100% advance payment of the chosen services' cost, using any selected method at the payment section on the website.
  17. MoldFlowers.md, under no circumstances, assumes responsibility for: a) any action/inaction that directly or indirectly affects the result of the action/inaction by a third party; b) any indirect expenses and/or loss from the buyer and/or any third party, regardless of whether the store could speculate the probability of such expenses or not; c) the use (inability to use) and any consequences of using (inability to use) the buyer's chosen method of paying for the selected services.
  18. All MoldFlowers.md responsibility for any complaint or claim regarding services or their execution is limited to the amount paid, the purchase payment made in the store.
  19. MoldFlowers.md is not responsible for the non-gratuitous provision of additional services, such as sending SMS for delivery confirmation, sending a photo report of the delivery to the email address, delivering greetings, etc.
  20. Without contradicting the above, MoldFlowers.md is released from responsibility for the violation of the conditions of services performed if such violation is caused by force majeure circumstances, including: actions of state authorities, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, power outages, and/or computer network failures, strikes, civil unrest, disorders, and any other circumstances, without limiting to those listed, that may affect the store's services and cannot be controlled by the store.
  21. The buyer bears all responsibility for: a) complying with all legal requirements or other actions performed by them as buyers; b) the accuracy of the information provided by them when registering as users of the service, and the truthfulness of the buyer's guarantees and assurances.
  22. In the event of a violation of these conditions by the buyer, MoldFlowers.md has the right to suspend the provision of services until the buyer eliminates the violations committed and pays compensation for the losses caused to MoldFlowers.md by such violations entirely, and/or terminates the service provision contract by sending a corresponding notification to the buyer's email address provided at the time of placing the order.
  23. At the time of placing the order, the buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with all the conditions listed above. If the buyer has placed and paid for the order, they automatically confirm their agreement with all the terms and conditions listed above.
  24. Payment for exclusive and custom products is not made on delivery. Such products can only be ordered by full prepayment.
  25. The order may be delivered late on the same day or later due to unfavorable weather conditions (snow, floods, etc.) or the condition of the roads following such events.
  26. Night delivery from 22:00 to 7 a.m. is paid separately and costs 199 lei regardless of the order's cost. Nighttime delivery for the next night can be ordered no later than 19:00.
  27. Payment methods: courier call for payment, cash payment in the salon, payment on delivery are available only during the salon's working hours.

 

Privacy policy

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 regarding the protection of personal data, the service provider carries out their processing. These data are managed with integrity and in compliance with the applicable legislation in force. Personal data are processed using both automated and manual means, respecting the legal requirements and necessary conditions to ensure security, confidentiality, and respect for the rights of data subjects. Personal information is used solely for the purpose of managing the website, facilitating access to special content, processing orders, and communicating with consumers to ensure the correct delivery of products. Through this notification, users and consumers are informed that their personal data (including first name, last name, address, postal address, phone number) will be processed and used by the Provider, based on the provision of this information on the website www.moldflowers.md. Any information provided by users and consumers on the website www.moldflowers.md represents explicit consent for the use of personal data by the Provider. The Provider undertakes not to disclose or transfer personal information to third parties without the consent of the individuals involved and will not use, sell, or disclose this data to third parties, except as required by law (such as at the request of public institutions, judicial authorities, or courts, which are legally authorized to process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force). Personal data may be processed and used by the provider for statistical and promotional purposes. The service provider meets the requirements for the security of personal data and ensures that they are protected against loss, destruction, falsification, or disclosure to third parties. The provider's staff is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of customers' personal data, and the processing of this data will be carried out by persons authorized by the provider. The provider uses technologies and security methods in accordance with the legislation in force. Payment

The payment processor uses a secure system, according to the latest version of the 3D-Secure standard, thus providing a new global method of authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This level of security involves redirecting users to a secure MAIB page during payment, where each cardholder is authenticated by a unique code generated for each online transaction.

 

Replacement Rules

Depending on the season and delivery, the availability of certain types of flowers can be very limited. Additionally, flowers of a specific color may be unavailable on the day of delivery. In this way, delivering an identical bouquet to the one chosen on the scheduled day can be very complicated due to objective reasons. In this case, our managers will contact you to discuss possible replacement options.

All efforts will be made to maintain the shape, size, and entire range of colors of the chosen composition, but deviations may occur. In compositions of a single type of flowers (e.g., a bouquet of roses), preserving the type of flowers has the highest priority. Additional gifts may vary depending on the assortment of a specific region.

The possibilities of replacement may extend to the packaging of bouquets, baskets, and some decorative elements, which, for the reasons mentioned above, may not be absolutely identical. Florists will make every effort to make the composition look as close as possible to the example on the website, to appear organic and presentable.

On peak demand days, March 1st, 7th, and 8th, and February 14th, we reserve the right to make replacements without notifying the customer, but in any case, the replacement will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value than the one originally in the bouquet. Additionally, as we need to use third-party couriers on these days, delivery in a costume is not available, and couriers will not read greeting messages; they will simply hand the order to the recipient. On these days, we do not accept orders for delivery at a specific time, and we cannot guarantee delivery within the chosen time frame. Thank you for your understanding
