The salon has been operating since 2015: we started as a family business, and today over 15 people work on the project. The salon's permanent team is 11 — 3 florists, 3 operators, 3 in-house couriers, a staff member dedicated to changing the water daily, and an operations director. We assemble around 10,000 bouquets a year and deliver daily in Chisinau and across Moldova.

We are more than just a team of expert florists or a design studio that delivers bouquets — we also specialize in full-scale event decoration. In addition, we welcome you to visit our physical boutique in the Botanica district at 27 Dacia Blvd., where you can experience our creations in person and see their premium quality for yourself.

We create elegant, fresh bouquets, unique floral arrangements, and original toys made of fresh flowers, with daily delivery across Chisinau and the entire country. To complete your bridal look, we offer a refined selection of wedding bouquets, floral crowns, bracelets, and boutonnieres. Our spacious showroom allows us to maintain a large stock of fresh products ready for immediate delivery. In fact, the MoldFlowers walk-in cold room alone is larger than the total floor space of most flower shops in the country. This is where the breadth of our catalog comes from: the same three full-time florists make both the simple everyday bouquet and the author composition worth several thousand lei. A wide range is not a compromise on quality but a consequence of capacity — over 7,000 positions at a constant standard can only be held with daily stock intake, our own cold room, and florists who do nothing else.

Premium flower quality: what we do daily to maintain it

At MoldFlowers the roles are strictly separated: florists only make bouquets, operators only handle sales and consultation, couriers only deliver, one person changes the water every day, and another keeps the warehouse records. In most Chisinau flower shops the same person sells, assembles, and answers the phone. In practice this means:

• Every day, the water in our cold storage is changed according to strict floristry standards by a dedicated staff member.
• We operate our own fleet of trained couriers (unlike most shops, we never outsource deliveries to regular taxi services).
• To guarantee quality, all bouquets are photographed both when leaving the showroom and upon delivery.
• We follow rigorous quality control procedures at every stage: upon receiving new stock, during daily inspections, and right before shipment.
• Every composition is assembled by hand, with no repeated templates;
• All catalog photography is our own, of the actual products — we have never used AI-generated images and do not intend to;
• We work with named varieties, not just "red roses": Explorer and Mondial from Ecuador, Verena hydrangea from the Netherlands. On request we will tell you the exact variety and country of origin of every flower in the bouquet.

• Both our customer care operators and couriers are fully bilingual (fluent in Romanian and Russian), ensuring seamless and comfortable communication.
