Surprise delivery conditions

If the recipient is not there at the specified time, the courier will wait for him no more than 15 minutes. In case of home delivery, we deliver the order directly to the recipient, without intermediaries, i.e. the order cannot be left for storage with neighbors or other people. Additional charges apply for re-delivery.

Attention! Night delivery from 22:00 to 7 am is paid separately and costs 150 lei regardless of the order amount. Overnight delivery for the coming night can be ordered NO LATER THAN 19:00.

Handover of the Order...

Delivery to your place of work or hotel. If the courier delivers the order to the place of work, the goods can be left with colleagues or other employees, upon confirmation that the recipient is or will appear at work that day. We guarantee delivery of the goods to the reception. The courier may not be allowed further.
