If you placed an order for at least 500 lei, then delivery will be free.
The cost of delivery for an order less than 500 lei will cost you 50 lei within the city of Chisinau. Delivery to regions is calculated separately, depending on the distance of the settlement. You must order the product at least 12 hours before the expected delivery time.
This promotion is valid only in Chisinau.
Delivery method...
Our team can deliver goods in several ways, depending on your desire and ideas:
First option. We call the recipient and agree on a delivery time and specify the address. If the order falls on holidays, we discuss delivery terms with the recipient at least one day before. If you wish, we can hide information from the recipient that this is a flower delivery and who the customer is.
The second option is without calling. We discuss the time and place with you in advance. We deliver your order while maintaining complete confidentiality and a surprise effect.
Surprise delivery conditions
If the recipient is not there at the specified time, the courier will wait for him no more than 15 minutes. In case of home delivery, we deliver the order directly to the recipient, without intermediaries, i.e. the order cannot be left for storage with neighbors or other people. Additional charges apply for re-delivery.
Attention! Night delivery from 22:00 to 7 am is paid separately and costs 150 lei regardless of the order amount. Overnight delivery for the coming night can be ordered NO LATER THAN 19:00.
Handover of the Order...
Delivery to your place of work or hotel. If the courier delivers the order to the place of work, the goods can be left with colleagues or other employees, upon confirmation that the recipient is or will appear at work that day. We guarantee delivery of the goods to the reception. The courier may not be allowed further. When arranging delivery to a hotel or office center, indicate access to the recipient's room or office, as well as his mobile phone number.
Home delivery. The order is delivered to the recipient personally and, in his absence, cannot be left with neighbors.
Problematic Situations...
- If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery
- If it happens that the recipient cannot accept the order at the specified time, we will contact you and arrange re-delivery.
- If the recipient's address or contacts were entered incorrectly or incompletely
- Check the recipient's address and phone number several times before placing your order. Incorrectly provided data can significantly complicate the courier’s work and prevent timely delivery of the order.
- If the bouquet could not be delivered due to an obstacle (closed front door, security check system
- When placing an order, do not forget to indicate the intercom code or other access to the security control system, if available. Otherwise, the courier will not be able to deliver the order.
Order status...
As soon as the order is delivered, you will receive an SMS notification to your Moldovan number, as well as an email. An email also contains a photo of the recipient at the time of delivery, if you requested such a service.
Confidentiality...
We do not disclose the customer's name and other data to the recipient. We only inform you that the paid good have been delivered to him. Along with the flower gift, you can send a postcard or note that will contain all the information you need. Orders are accepted by phone from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Orders on the website are accepted from 300 lei.
